Are you trying to be healthy, but don’t know where to start?

Running doesn’t require special equipment or a membership at a gym. It’s a good way to burn calories (about 30 in five minutes). You can do it alone or with friends.

There are three steps: Lace up your shoes, open the door, go outdoors.

OK, so maybe it’s not THAT easy. If you have any concern about running, consult with your doctor.
